Armed robbers in lunchtime pub raid
FOUR armed robbers stormed a Sydney pub in a lunchtime raid to steal cash and alcohol.
Just after midday yesterday four men armed with knives entered the Petersham hotel, three of them jumping a counter and demanding money from a safe, police said.
When the hotelier failed to open the safe the men stole money from cash drawers took a quantity of alcohol, and fled.
No one was injured.
