Hotel Bouncer Pleads Not Guilty
A FORMER hotel bouncer has pleaded not guilty to the manslaughter of a patron in Adelaide more than two years ago.
In the South Australian Supreme Court today, Paul John Edwards, 30, denied the unlawful killing of Dominic Esposito, 25, at the Ramsgate Hotel in the Adelaide suburb of Henley Beach.
It was previously alleged Edwards had held Mr Esposito in a headlock for eight minutes, causing his death, during a fight in February, 2005.
Edwards was remanded on continuing bail until a directions hearing later this month.
